James has overseen the recruitment, mobilization, contract maintenance, and demobilization of contractors for APS-5, AFCAP, LOGCAP, WRM, ACE-IT, and other contracts in various locations of the United States and Overseas. James’ compassion and dedication in completing missions have fostered a recruiting experience that is changing the way companies look at hire solutions.
